"2005 ford expedition. while driving on the hwy the "check electronic throttle control" light came on and put the vehicle in "limp mode" i had no accelerator pedal control. december 22, 2008. taken to dealer, no problem found. code was " p2104". same thing happened again december 20, 2009."

"While driving the vehicle will have not have any throttle response and "check electronic throttle component" shows on dash. after pulling to the side of the road, or coasting into someone's drive-way on a curvey road, turn the ignition off and sit for a few minutes and restart engine and is fine."
