Bosch Dishwasher E25 β Drain Pump and Cover Guidance
Bosch E25: check the manufacturer meaning, model and market limits, and when to contact support. No model-specific repair is established.
What E25 means
Bosch US links E25 to an obstructed drain pump or a pump cover that is unsecured or absent. This does not by itself prove that the pump motor has failed.
What Bosch recommends
The Bosch US E25 section describes checks around the pump and its cover beneath the filter. It warns about sharp debris and refers readers to the owner manual for model-specific instructions. Read the section headed Error Code E25; its separate learn-more link currently opens a washing-machine page and is not used here.
Find the instructions for your model
Before accessing the pump area, locate the owner manual for your full model number and follow its preparation and safety instructions. This page does not reproduce a universal cover-removal or debris-clearing procedure. If the parts or instructions do not match your appliance, or you cannot follow them safely, ask Bosch support to guide you.
When to seek support
Contact Bosch if the cover is missing, the checks are unclear or the code persists. Have the model number and exact code ready. Do not use a generic front-panel filter location, motor-hum test or door-seal diagnosis as a substitute for the applicable dishwasher documentation.
Limits of this guide
This review covers the cited US E25 entry only and includes no physical appliance testing. It establishes neither a replacement pump nor a repair price, duration or guaranteed result. It does not certify continued operation as safe. A washing-machine E25 or another market needs its own evidence.
